Ohh the unbridled, limitless potential of a Friday afternoon.
What is to happen, where, when and most importantly, who?
Well I don't know and that's why it's awesome, what I do know is, I'm going out for pizza later and that's always a good start, Saturday has the promise of a hike round NeiHu, I've been shirking my exercise responsibilities this week and feel I should do something to bring balance to The Force, plus I'm sat in McDonald's, I'm not proud of it, I'm hungry.
As an aside I've stopped hating MaccyD's, Starbucks and things of their nature and actually started to enjoy them for what they are, convenient.
When you're in the Northern Quarter it's perfectly acceptable to say no to them 'cos there are a million better, boutique, hipster, authentic, old fashioned, original or whatever other appropriate adjective they decide best describes their particular brand of stuff, outlets. Here in NeiHu (A, NOT The Northern Quarter; B, the business district and so with less convenient opening hours usually; and most importantly C, mainly bat shit crazy Taiwanese fare, no offence but bland fried pastry, sugarless cups of dough and sweetbread do not a breakfast make, similarly I don't always want noodles for lunch) they make for a cheap and quick snack between lessons and it has this picture on the wall, which is nice.

But I digress.
And Sunday, well Sunday I'll keep as a surprise for you all, it's kinda cool, maybe and definitely a break from the norm. I shall be spreading my creative wings even further than just the pages of this here blog, so my darlings I hope you're weekend holds as much promise as mine, your pizzas are wood fired, your coffee beans are double roasted from Ethiopia and your ramen noodles are pulled by hand.
Peace.
Out.
